Terms of Service:
By commissioning us, you agree to abide by these terms.
Not following TOS can lead to the commission being dropped and/or refusal to do future business.
1. CREDIT | Please credit us visibly where you use the model most:
- In your Twitter(X) bio and/or a permanent spot on your main platform (Twitch panels, YouTube about section, etc.).
- @kleotoearth for Model Art / ママ
- @Jxck_in3us for Model Rigging / パパ2. REDISTRIBUTION | Don't copy, resell, or redistribute the artwork/rigging files.
- Selling your model? Contact us first. The new owner must agree to these terms.
- Significant edits by others require a heads-up.3. INTENT & USE | State your model's purpose upfront.
- Allowed: Commercial streaming/VTubing, content and promotional material creation on social media.
- Not Allowed: AI training, NFTs, blockchain, or anything illegal/hateful.
- Other uses? Ask us first.4. REFUSAL RIGHTS | We can decline or cancel a request/project for:
- Disrespectful/uncooperative behavior;
- Suspicious requests;
- Late/non-payment;
- (Cancelled projects follow the Refund Policy below).5. PRIVACY | We reserve the right to showcase finished work in our portfolio/socials.
- Commissioned work can be requested to be private for a fee.
- Work requested to be private will not be posted on social media or anywhere public until debut/reveal.6. PAYMENT | Our work can either be paid for upfront or in installments.
- Down payment of 50%, rest on file delivery.
- We prefer to take payments through PayPal invoices.
- Commissions may also be paid for in smaller installments. Please let us know if payment plan is needed.7. REFUNDS | In case of in-progress works, partial refunds are available.
- No refunds after final delivery.
- The refund amount is based on how much work has already been completed.
- Any refund or cancellation must be discussed.
Process:
1. Fill out the application form.2. If you got a slot, we will contact you within a week.3. Next, we will discuss the design and commission details with you, and provide a quote in USD.4. Once we're ready to start work on the commission we’ll send you an invoice through Paypal to your email address. The invoice can either be paid upfront or in installments.5. During the work period, you may ask for updates at any stage.6. Once the commission is complete, we will share a download link with the files.7. For Live 2D models, after file delivery, a revision period (~ 1-2 weeks) will begin.
7.1. During this period, we will check for any errors and fix them.
7.2. You are also encouraged to provide feedback during this time, as minor corrections and adjustments can still be made.
7.3. Additional items and/or major revisions may still be requested at this time for a charge.
7.4. Once revisions are satisfactory, the revision period will be considered complete. Further revisions past the revision period will come at a charge (unless critical mistake was made on our part).
